Sacraments

Baptisms for infants and children under the age of 7 are celebrated on the First and Third Saturday of the month. (subject to change)  Must attend a Pre-Baptismal Class. Please register for the class at the parish office before attending the pre-baptismal class. 

Parent Requirements:

• Certificate Pre-Baptismal Class for both parents
• Birth Certificate of the child under 7 years old
• Signature of both parents as shown on the Birth Certificate, approving the Baptism (If both parents cannot be present at registration, we need the ID of that parent and signature must match the ID to be accepted)

God parents: Must be Active and Participant Catholics,
Required Documents:

• Certificate of Pre-Baptismal Class (valid for 1 year)
• Certificate of Confirmation
• Certificate of Sacrament of Matrimony is required for couples.

SACRAMENTO DE BAUTIZO

Bautizos de niños menores de 7 años se celebran el Primer y Tercer Sábado de cada mes. Necesitan asistir a una plática pre-bautismal. Es necesario registrarse en la oficina antes de asistir a la clase pre-bautismal.

Requisitos de los Padres: 

• Acta de Nacimiento del Niño/a
• Certificado de la clase pre-bautismal de los dos padres.
• Firma de los dos padres, como están anotados en la acta de Nacimiento, aprobando el Bautizo (Si ambos padres no pueden estar presentes en el registro, necesitamos la identificación de ese padre y la firma debe coincidir con la identificación para ser aceptado)

Padrinos: Debe ser Católicos Activos y participantes
Documentos requeridos:

• Certificado de la plática pre-bautismal (valido por 1 año)
• Certificado de la Confirmación
• Certificado del Sacramento de Matrimonio es requerido para parejas (viviendo juntos).

Quinceañeras are celebrated in English and Spanish only on Saturdays at 12 noon. 
Requirements:

• Certificate of Baptism
• First Holy Communion
• Certificate of Confirmation.
  • If attending classes a Formal letter from the Religious Education Director.
• Quinceañera Class:
  • Quinceañera, Parents & God Parents must attend.  

CELEBRACION DE QUINCEAÑERA

Celebramos en Español y Ingles solamente los Sabados a las 12 del mediodia. 
Requisitos:

• Certificado de Bautizo
• Certificado de Primera Communion
• Certificado de Confirmacion. Si esta assistiendo a classes, una carta formal de la Directora de Educacion Religiosa.
• Clase de Quinceañera:
  • Quinceañera, Padres y Padrinos deben assistir.

If you are in the hospital, ask the hospital personnel to contact the Catholic chaplain assigned to the hospital and then contact the parish office. Also contact the office if you have an elderly or sick that needs Holy Communion or Anointing at home.

UNCION DE ENFERMOS

Si esta en el hospital, pida en recepción le envíen al Capellán Católico asignado a ese hospital. Contacte la oficina para enfermos o mayores de edad que necesitan recibir la Sagrada comunión en casa.
